Returns and refunds

 

We want you to be happy with what you bought. If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us within 30 days of delivery at the address on our Contact page with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you in full. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask.

 

Changed your mind? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return postage is at your cost, and the refund is issued once the item reaches us.

 

If an order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, contact us and we will resend it or refund you.

 

Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
